Lands of Skye

This sacrificial dagger was forged by elven druids defending the northern elven groves during the War of Chaos. This dagger has a hilt of gilded ivory and a hooked metallic blade of finely crafted elven steel, and was given as a gift to the great elven huntsman Alleil, a ranger druid serving the goddess Mielikki, by the forestalls to aid her in battle against the arcane casters that defiled the land.

Alicar grants its wielder several other abilities in addition to its craftsmanship. First, Alicar grants its wielder the ability of Woodland Step (as per the druidic ability).

Second, Alicar grants its wielder the abiity to travel in harsh weather conditions without injury. Even severe weather conditions do not affect or injure the wielder.

Finally, Alicar dislikes arcane casters, and any sucessful attack against an arcane caster requires the defender to roll a Fortitude save with a DC 15 or die instantly, having their life force consumed by the dagger as a sacrifice to Bel.
